Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Marion had me drive to the dealership at night in pouring down rain. Said to sign paperwork and drive home in my new vehicle. Well he lied. After driving one hour in the pouring down rain, he said I cannot let you take the vehicle yet. But we are holding the vehicle for you, this was on Thursday evening, Friday they sold the vehicle to someone else. Now I'm taking the next step.

Failure on accounts. Rude. And I HATE car salesman tactics, “come sit down and talk first”. Why? It’s cringeworthy. Also, whoever moved the cars on the lot, they hit the car I was looking at and left it parked like that, front bumper in clear contact with the rear bumper. Also, 95% of their cars are filthy. I know cars better than anyone working there, and the ONLY reason I went there is for a specific car and the next closest one is 800 miles away.

This franchise was very responsive, accommodating without being intrusive. It is a joy networking with Checkered Flag VW.

I requested information on 3/19 and Checkered Flag responded by email quickly. I went to the dealership on the 20th and met with Marvin (salesman). Being a new customer of Checkered Flag, Marvin explained how the process works at Checkered Flag VW. I ended up purchasing the VW Golf TDI from them that day. They even bought my old high mileage Honda Pilot at a fair price. Overall my experience was great and I do recommend using Checkered Flag if you’re in the market for a good used car.

Every one that I worked with told me nothing but lies about the vehicle I purchased. I contacted the gm about issues after no one would get back to me . Come to find out the general manager does not care about his customers or what there employees do to sale a car even if the car is unsafe. Just a warning

I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle but never got the chance. The vehicle had sold. However, the salesperson was very professional, polite and reached out to me immediately when someone, in real time was purchasing the vehicle. Unlike other dealership experiences, she saved me a trip.

The salesman was good. Unfortunately the Escalade had issues when we test drove it. We told the salesman this. He checked and yes they knew that but the dealership wasn't going to fix it. That was why the Escalade was the price it was. The people were friendly at the dealership.

I received an immediate email indicating that the car I looked at was no longer available. I received several other emails advertising Jettas. I specifically only wanted a Malibu, so I unsubscribed from their email lists. I would have preferred to see other Malibus, so this dealer was not a good fit for me.
