Diana was at her top game made me feel like i was the only customer in the building , sade she would do her best to get me in the Vehicle that i had chosen i came in already approved with a bank but she ask if she could check to get me a better interest rate i said yes and wow did she get me a better rate then i had i feel good about her Salesmanship Thanks DIana

The meet and great was great since it was coordinated by text. Test drive went awesome. On the trade in value they undercut me alot and havent truly followed to emails as to whether or not we could commence the deal and see what we would come up with.

Im typically not a fan of dealership. Laura Watkins was very helpful to me . I’m still looking around for used Land Cruiser but Laura’s customer service Laura was great.

The dealership closes pretty early so I had a hard time making it during the work week. I received a text message about coming to look at the truck in the late afternoon. By 5:30 I’d made my way across town and it was sold “2 hours ago.” I would have greatly appreciated a heads up since we’d been in communication until just about the time it apparently sold.

Would not give information unless you went to dealership. Its 2021 and people don't appreciate the hard sell

Jake was our onsite salesman and he was incredible.

We did not end up purchasing this vehicle but staff was friendly and our sales man Johnny was great, energetic and did not makes us feel pressured to make hasty decisions.

Changed vehicles on me when it came down to financing. Didn’t give me any notification on the switch til it was time to come in and sign. Took way longer than it should have. I went with a different dealership because of it.

Dealer contacted me, but didn't answer the questions asked in initial contact.

Everyone we worked with at Subaru -- the sales manager, our sales associate Kurtis, and Edwin who stepped in right away when Kurtis had appointments with other customers -- was super-responsive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Experience from start to finish was entirely *no*-pressure.

Good experience, but the car wasn't the right fit - some rattles and the visors were missing (why would the visors be missing?).
