Air suspension, active roll control, and four-wheel steering keep the big Italian in line when the driving gets spirited. Despite its heavy curb weight, the Urus rockets to 60 miles per hour in just 3 seconds flat and hits a top speed of 190 miles per hour, according to Lamborghini, making it just about the fastest SUV on the market. Equipment-wise, it’s about what you’d expect for a six-figure luxury item. Standard items include 21-inch wheels covering carbon-ceramic brakes, adaptive LED lights, full leather interior appointments, wireless charging, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a dual-touchscreen infotainment system, navigation, and seating for five. From there, Lamborghini offers various premium 22-inch and 23-inch wheels, a panoramic sunroof, an off-road package, and a new 17-speaker Sensonum audio system. On the safety front, the Urus makes several formerly optional features standard for 2021. These include a head-up display, adaptive cruise control, and blind-spot monitoring. Other standard items consist of a rearview camera and automatic emergency braking. You can tack on a night-vision system, a front-and-rear dashcam setup, and an automated parking system. As yet, there’s no public crash-test data for the Urus, but that’s not unusual for exotic cars at this end of the price spectrum.
