About 2021 Lamborghini Urus
Overview

Lamborghini, best known for its low-slung, wedge-like supercars, fielded its first mass-market SUV as a 2019 model. For the 2021 model year, it gets moderate changes.
While Lamborghini will gladly paint your Urus any color you like, there are a few new pre-selected colors and palettes this year. A new gray called Grigio Keres makes the cut, along with fresh matte paint options in white, black, gray, and blue. There’s also the new Pearl Capsule package, dressing the exterior and some of the interior available in green, yellow, or orange. It also tacks on special ground effects. And if you’re looking for something a bit more on the sinister side, Lamborghini offers a Graphite Capsule package, with white, black, and gray offerings, additional trim accent colors, and gloss black exterior details.
As before, every Urus packs a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 developing 641 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque. It’s mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters and standard all-wheel drive (AWD). Air suspension, active roll control, and four-wheel steering keep the big Italian in line when the driving gets spirited. Despite its heavy curb weight, the Urus rockets to 60 miles per hour in just 3 seconds flat and hits a top speed of 190 miles per hour, according to Lamborghini, making it just about the fastest SUV on the market.
Equipment-wise, it’s about what you’d expect for a six-figure luxury item. Standard items include 21-inch wheels covering carbon-ceramic brakes, adaptive LED lights, full leather interior appointments, wireless charging, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a dual-touchscreen infotainment system, navigation, and seating for five. From there, Lamborghini offers various premium 22-inch and 23-inch wheels, a panoramic sunroof, an off-road package, and a new 17-speaker Sensonum audio system.
On the safety front, the Urus makes several formerly optional features standard for 2021. These include a head-up display, adaptive cruise control, and blind-spot monitoring. Other standard items consist of a rearview camera and automatic emergency braking. You can tack on a night-vision system, a front-and-rear dashcam setup, and an automated parking system. As yet, there’s no public crash-test data for the Urus, but that’s not unusual for exotic cars at this end of the price spectrum.
For the ultimate sports car experience on stilts, there’s simply nothing out there quite like the Urus.

Love it but just know you will have to replace all 4 tires every 5 to 6,000 miles at about $4,000. This is an inherent issue with this vehicle but we absolutely love it.
