They responded 4 times in email, 4 times in text, and all with the same generic response. Even the GM responded with a generic email. Never seen such poor execution of sales.

This location has very poor customer service and the sales person was not there. The other sales person was lazy and wasn't even trying to help me either. The car was not cleaned and I didn't stay to drive it because I will not waste my money or time at a business that is not worth of it.

We drove an hour and a half to see the car. Online and on the sticker on the car said it had cruise control. It did not. Wasted my time.

Bait & switch. They were advertising a car they did not have (still were days later). They were polite while offering to show what they do have.

They lied about having truck. Manager driving car for weekend and he will be back Monday. Called Monday and was told manager sold truck over the weekend.

I received an appointment to view the 2015 Kia Sorento. I was told the car would be set aside for me to see and test drive. I gathered my documents to be ready to complete the financing paperwork. I received a text that the car was sold the night before my appointment, and that they had nothing else in that price range. Very disappointing!
