2021 Honda CR-V for Sale in Atlanta, GA

Susan is the best and more honest sales rep I have come across in the past year while searching for a new car for us. Too bad that they sold the car of our interest before we were able to commit. Wouldn't hesitate to get a car from her regardless of what dealer it's from. Great work!

The dealer was very quick to respond. But, unfortunately I waited to long to contact them back and the Jeep has sold.

After a couple of phone calls verifying information, no return call... Crickets.... They should at least let us know what's going on!

So far the correspondence has been favorable. Still in the communication process though. Yes they have been persistent, which is to be expected. Since I live a good distance away I want the detail worked out and mind made up before I dive in. Probably add more experience info later.

I DID NOT contact this dealer. However, they contacted me and I do not appreciate non - solicited contact. For that reason I would not buy a vehicle from them

Ask to put a deposit on car since I live 5 1/2 hours away. They said no they couldn’t hold it . Not sure why if they could have kept it if I hadn’t shown up . Also their dealer fees are ridiculous. They charge a transportation fee of 250.00 to move the care from the new lot to used cars . Their total dealers fees are triple all our dealers I spoke with .. 750.00 doc 250.00 pretty shady .

this car have lot of cosmetic problem ... also i thought it maybe an accident car but is not reported .the back bumper is damaged or broke . the passenger rear side wheel rim is lot of screech

The car I originally inquired about was not exactly what I wanted. I described to the sales person what my ideal vehicle would be (color, make, model, mileage, price, features, etc). I was surprised when they contacted me the next day and said they found one at another AutoNation location a state away. When I checked it out it was a perfect fit and I bought it.

Poor customer service. I believe they racially profiled me and didn’t want to do business with me. They didn’t even try to negotiate pricing with me. The sales associate acted as if he had better things to attend to then talk with me. I would never do business or recommend anyone to this car dealership. It’s about to be 2021 a sale is a sale, please do better and hire quality people that want to sell cars and represent your company well.

Again, a great experience with Marcus. He took his time with us and showed us a large number of used vehicles. I would recommend him if a friend asked where to go.

You would think they would have washed the out side and inside since they had a week after bought it when the dealer prep was paid! Someone dropped the ball ! I made a appointment to pick it up and asked if it would be ready !! Not cool to have a dirty car with only 400 miles on it

I purchased the car with very minor issues but those are being resolved. Very happy I chose ALM Kia South.

Call was fine. Car is OK but no sunroof. Price is good.

They were very nice. The truck we wanted was already sold. We were able to test drive another truck. The sales person Armonti was very helpful.

We drove an hour and a half to get there and when we went in no one got out of their seats and when we walked outside a salesman came out. He was very unfriendly and didn’t seem to want our business. Very unprofessional.

The vehicle was not full with gas when I drove off the lot. The windshield wiper flew off while driving on the Highway. The car has a weird smell in it.

They have been very helpful and accommodating.

Spoke with Todd on this camaro and he was very good at finding me financing on the car, but I had found a little bit better deal somewhere else, but would definitely recommend this Dealer and Todd as the salesmen

Dealer responded quickly and kept me informed on status of vehicle. Other buyer had vehicle hold and ultimately purchased! Dealer on top of things!

My experience with this dealership was simply horrible. I made an appointment to see the vehicle. And they sold it before I arrived. I spoke to the manager who stated my call wasn’t good enough to iniate business— very poor customer service and ethics.
