Used 2021 Chevrolet Corvette for Sale nearAlbuquerque, NM

How much does the 2021 Chevrolet Corvette cost?

Prices have softened 5.64% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,255 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2021 Chevrolet Corvette a good car?

Yes — the 2021 Chevrolet Corvette earns a 4.87/5 user rating, and our experts give it 7.83/10.

The standout strength is Cost effectiveness at 10/10.

Owners repeatedly praise the car’s powerful performance, stunning looks, and strong value for money. They also describe it as the best version yet, with a level of appeal that stands out even against pricier supercars.

The main trade-offs are a cabin that some drivers find less user-friendly and a design that strays a bit from the traditional Corvette identity. In practical terms, this is a car for you if style, speed, and value matter more than everyday utility.

The market backs that up, with 37.8% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is the 2021 Chevrolet Corvette reliable?

Owners rate it 4.87/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owners’ feedback points to a car that feels dependable in the ways that matter most to enthusiasts: strong performance, lasting appeal, and a sense that it delivers what buyers expect from a Corvette. The expert evaluation also emphasizes that the car is easy to live with day to day, which supports confidence in regular use.

The performance write-up adds that the Corvette is nearly as easy to daily drive as a typical family sedan or SUV, which is a useful sign for long-term ownership comfort. The cost-effectiveness discussion also frames it as a bargain for the performance it delivers.

For used buyers, the biggest long-term risk is less about mechanical drama and more about whether the car was cared for properly, since this is a high-performance sports car with limited practicality.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Chevrolet Corvette?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 88.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a history report on any car you’re considering, even if the listing looks clean at first glance. A pre-purchase inspection matters here because this is a performance car with specialized hardware and a lot of expensive equipment. Focus on condition, signs of curb rash or underbody scraping, and whether the car has been used the way a sports car often is.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The 2LT and 3LT add visibility enhancements that are not on the 1LT, including a front-facing camera, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert. If you want the most useful everyday features, the mid-level trim is the one to target.
• Powertrain: You get a 6.2-liter V8 with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, and the Z51 package adds a performance exhaust, performance-tuned Magnetic Ride Control adaptive dampers, performance brakes, a performance rear-axle ratio, an electronic limited-slip rear differential, heavy-duty cooling, and high-performance run-flat tires.
• Safety package: Teen Driver is standard, and Chevrolet Connected Services can add automatic collision notification and emergency calling with a subscription. The 2LT and 3LT also add a front-facing camera, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert.
• Infotainment: Every Corvette gets an 8-inch touchscreen, and the car includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus a configurable 12-inch digital instrument display. The 2LT also adds a head-up display.
• Fuel efficiency: The Corvette is described as a bargain for its performance, but it is also noted for poor fuel economy.

Which 2021 Chevrolet Corvette trim should I buy?

The 2021 Chevrolet Corvette is offered in 3 trim levels: 1LT, 2LT, 3LT.

Here's the short version:

• 1LT: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core Corvette experience at the lowest price. It makes sense if you want the car’s performance and style first, and you’re willing to skip the extra convenience and visibility features.
• 2LT: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it adds the head-up display and the key visibility upgrades that make the car easier to live with. If you want the sweet spot between price and everyday usability, this is the one to focus on.
• 3LT: Choose this if you want the most premium-feeling Corvette cabin and are willing to pay more for it. It’s the trim for buyers who want the most upscale version of the car’s interior experience.

The 2LT and 3LT are the trims that include the extra visibility features, so they’re the safer bet if you want more confidence in daily driving.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Chevrolet Corvette?

This is a moderate buyer’s market, so you have room to shop carefully without rushing into the first car you see.

• Deal availability: 37.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,255 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.64% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 88.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $63,774, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Chevrolet Corvette's resale value?

The current average of $63,774 sits slightly below last year's $67,587.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can help you as a buyer today but may temper short-term upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the right price, you reduce the risk of taking an immediate hit later.

For a future seller, the key is to buy well and keep the car in strong condition, because sports cars can be sensitive to mileage, wear, and cosmetic issues. The current softness also means a clean, well-kept example should stand out more when it’s time to list.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.87/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2021 Chevrolet Corvette safe?

The 2021 Chevrolet Corvette earns a 4/10 safety score from our experts.

Chevrolet includes Teen Driver technology, which lets you monitor how a paired key fob is used and review a report card on driving behavior. Chevrolet Connected Services can also provide automatic collision notification and emergency calling with a subscription.

You should note that the most useful visibility aids are not standard on every trim. The front-facing camera, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert are restricted to the 2LT and 3LT trims.

The bigger caution is that modern advanced driver-assistance systems are largely absent, so you should not expect features like adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assistance, or hands-free cruise control.

Should I buy a 2021 Chevrolet Corvette or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 37.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 88.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.64% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.87/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It combines strong value, sharp styling, and easy-to-use tech in a mid-engine sports car package.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $62,521, the 2020 costs less than the current year's $63,774 average.
• It introduced the mid-engine layout and brought supercar-level performance at a lower price.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $67,167, the 2022 costs more than the current year's $63,774 average.
• It adds minor updates, new colors, and keeps the same trim structure with available Z51 upgrades.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of price, performance, and buyer satisfaction, the 2021 is the smart target. If you’re shopping strictly on price, the 2020 can save you money, while the 2022 makes sense only if you want the newer model year and are comfortable paying more for it.
