The 2021 Cadillac XT4 is a subcompact luxury crossover. It has a spacious cabin for the class and includes a long list of standard features. The XT4 was first introduced for the 2019 model year. In 2020, it gained several driver-assistance features as standard equipment, and it carries over to the 2021 model year unchanged. No matter which trim you select, the XT4 comes equipped with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. It produces 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Power is sent through a nine-speed automatic transmission to the front wheels or all four. The front-wheel-drive (FWD) XT4 returns an EPA-estimated 24 mpg city, 30 mpg highway, and 26 mpg combined. The all-wheel-drive (AWD) XT4 returns 22 mpg city, 29 mpg highway, and 24 mpg combined.

The XT4 comes equipped with safety features such as forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, and rear parking sensors. It also comes with the Safety Alert Seat and the Teen Driver system, which allows owners to set speed and volume limits for the second set of keys. Available safety features include adaptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, blind-spot monitoring, front-and-rear parking sensors, and a head-up display, to name a few.

Base MSRP for the 2021 Cadillac XT4 is $35,795. The Premium Luxury trim starts at $39,795, and the range-topping Sport starts at $39,995. The XT4 is backed by a four-year/50,000-mile basic warranty and a six-year/70,000-mile powertrain warranty.
