How much does the 2021 Cadillac CT4 cost?

Prices have softened 7.30% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 299 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of choice in the market.

Is the 2021 Cadillac CT4 a good car?

The 2021 Cadillac CT4 stands out as a compact luxury sedan with a distinctly American personality. Its front-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout and stiff chassis give it a true sport-sedan feel, and its styling helps it stand apart from softer-looking rivals.

For you, that means the CT4 makes the most sense if you want a premium compact sedan that feels more driver-focused than comfort-first alternatives. It also gained wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for 2021, along with standard forward-collision warning and automatic emergency braking, which improves everyday usability.

30.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so there is some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2021 Cadillac CT4 reliable?

The 2021 Cadillac CT4 offers a broad range of character, from the base turbocharged 2.0-liter engine to the available 2.7-liter turbo four-cylinder, and it adds useful technology for the model year. That combination gives you a compact luxury sedan with a strong personality and a more modern feature set than the launch version.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that the car’s appeal depends heavily on condition and maintenance history, especially if you plan to keep it for several years.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Cadillac CT4?

At 73.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can catch signs of prior damage or uneven wear. Focus closely on body condition, panel alignment, and how the car drives, since those details matter more when you are shopping a sedan with a sporty chassis and a premium badge.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Cadillac CT4?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 30.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 299 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.30% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 73.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $25,077, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Cadillac CT4's resale value?

The current average of $25,152 sits slightly below last year's $27,132.

That softer pricing suggests the CT4 has become more approachable for buyers, but it also means future resale gains may be limited if you buy at the wrong price. If you plan to sell later, your best protection is to buy near the low end of the range and keep the car in strong condition.

Should I buy a 2021 Cadillac CT4 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 30.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 73.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.30% compared with last year.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $24,595, the 2020 costs less than the current year's $25,152 average.
• It offers a more performance-focused personality with a surprisingly low entry price.

The bottom line: The 2021 is the better primary pick if you want the newer feature set and a more polished shopping market. If your priority is saving money, the 2020 is the better secondary path, especially if you find one in strong condition and can live with its rougher edges.
