How much does the 2021 Audi Q8 cost?

There are 448 listings available, which suggests a modest but workable amount of inventory for shoppers.

Is the 2021 Audi Q8 a good car?

Yes — the 2021 Audi Q8 earns a 4.75/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. It stands out as Audi’s flagship SUV with a more exclusive, coupe-like shape than the Q7 it is based on, and it feels more like a high-end style statement than a traditional family hauler. You also get a strong mix of standard equipment and upscale hardware, including a turbocharged V6, quattro all-wheel drive, a digital instrument panel, navigation, and leather trim. With 40.8% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a compelling offer.

Is the 2021 Audi Q8 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.75/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction. The 2021 Q8’s appeal is reinforced by its rich interior materials, standard equipment, and upscale mechanical setup, including the 48-volt mild hybrid system that helps smooth engine auto stop-start behavior. Its premium positioning and strong hardware suggest it should feel well sorted if it has been maintained properly. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is paying for neglected luxury-SUV upkeep, so condition and service history matter a lot.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Audi Q8?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 82.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a pre-purchase inspection from a qualified mechanic. Pay close attention to signs of wear in the interior, touchscreen operation, and any evidence that the vehicle has been used hard or maintained inconsistently. Because this is a premium SUV with a lot of standard equipment, condition matters as much as mileage.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Audi Q8?

It looks like a buyer’s market, with meaningful deal availability and a noticeable drop in prices.

• Deal availability: 40.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 448 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.36% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $32,799, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Audi Q8's resale value?

The current average of $32,829 sits slightly below last year's $38,786.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. If you plan to resell later, the current softness means your future value will depend heavily on how well you preserve condition, mileage, and service records. A well-kept example should still appeal to shoppers who want a distinctive luxury SUV with strong standard equipment.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Audi Q8 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 40.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 82.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.36% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.75/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $31,182, the 2020 costs less than the current year's $32,829 average.
• It emphasizes performance-focused luxury with strong everyday usefulness.

The bottom line: Choose the 2021 if you want the stronger overall market position, better deal availability, and a more current ownership experience. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2020 is the better secondary path because it undercuts the current year’s average price while staying in the same general luxury-SUV lane.
