Used 2020 Tesla Model S for Sale nearMiami, FL

How much does the 2020 Tesla Model S cost?

Prices are up 5.66% year-over-year — a sign of continued demand for this model year.

There are 365 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2020 Tesla Model S a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Tesla Model S earns a 4.67/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its impressive range, advanced technology, and excellent performance, and many also like the driving experience because it feels both comfortable and sporty. In practical terms, that makes it appealing if you want a luxury electric sedan with a software-driven feel, strong acceleration, and long-distance capability. With 25.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2020 Tesla Model S reliable?

Owners rate it 4.67/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback highlights a car that feels dependable in the ways that matter most to many used-EV shoppers: strong range, advanced technology, and a driving experience people continue to enjoy over time. That said, the same feedback also points to some interior and feature-related disappointments, so your long-term ownership risk is less about core capability and more about whether the car’s condition and equipment match your expectations.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Tesla Model S?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 81.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still prioritize a history report, because even a strong accident-free share does not replace checking the specific car you’re considering. Put the inspection focus on overall condition, especially the interior, electronics, and any signs that the car has been used hard or poorly maintained. Since this model is known for standout technology and performance, make sure the features you care about are working as expected before you commit.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Tesla Model S?

This is a seller’s market, so you should act selectively and be ready to move when a well-priced listing appears.

• Deal availability: 25.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 365 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices are up 5.66% year-over-year.
• Clean inventory: 81.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $30,235, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Tesla Model S's resale value?

The current average of $33,863 sits slightly above last year's $32,049.

That price movement suggests the market is still willing to pay for this model year’s mix of range, performance, and technology. For a future seller, that can be a positive sign because demand appears steady rather than fading. The fact that shoppers continue to respond to the Model S’s distinctive EV formula should help support value, especially for well-kept examples.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.67/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Tesla Model S or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 25.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 81.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices are up 5.66% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 4.67/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2020 Model S is a strong choice if you want a mature version of Tesla’s luxury EV formula with proven owner appeal and a still-active used market. If you’re especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2020 remains the better fit when you want the balance of satisfaction, availability, and long-range appeal.
