Used 2020 Lincoln Navigator for Sale nearCincinnati, OH

How much does the 2020 Lincoln Navigator cost?

Prices have softened 13.09% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 937 listings available, which gives you a solid pool to compare prices and equipment.

Is the 2020 Lincoln Navigator a good car?

Yes — you’re looking at a 5/5 user-rated SUV with an 8.17/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, and Safety.

Owners consistently praise the spacious and comfortable interior, the smooth ride, and the high-quality technology. The Navigator also stands out for its large size and comfortable third-row seating, which fits the use case of buyers who want a big luxury SUV with real presence and room to spare.

The main trade-offs are poor fuel economy and a powertrain that may feel like more engine than some drivers need. Even so, the Navigator’s luxury-first mission comes through clearly, and 38.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still attractive opportunities in the market.

Is the 2020 Lincoln Navigator reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback points to a dependable-feeling ownership experience, with repeated praise for the Navigator’s comfortable cabin, smooth ride, and high-quality technology. The expert evaluation also describes the powertrain as something you’ll find nothing to complain about aside from fuel economy, which supports the impression of a well-sorted luxury SUV.

Lincoln’s ownership perks add some extra appeal, including valet pickup and delivery for scheduled dealer service, concierge support, and a rewards program. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that a large luxury SUV can be expensive to keep happy if prior maintenance or wear items were neglected.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Lincoln Navigator?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 75.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a history report on any candidate, because a clean listing percentage does not replace a documented ownership record. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on the suspension, electronics, and interior condition, since this is a heavily equipped luxury SUV. It also makes sense to compare trim equipment carefully, because the Navigator’s value changes a lot with option packages and body style.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The standard Navigator, Navigator Reserve, and Navigator Black Label are all explicitly named, and the Reserve trim can be paired with the Reserve Monochromatic Package. The base setup is already luxurious, but the Reserve’s Luxury Package adds the 30-way Perfect Position front seats with heating, ventilation, and massaging functions, while Black Label brings even more ownership perks.
• Powertrain: The Navigator uses a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 with 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, four-wheel drive is available, and the SUV can tow up to 8,700 pounds with rear-wheel drive or 8,300 pounds with four-wheel drive.
• Safety package: Lincoln Co-Pilot360 is standard and includes forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning with lane-keeping assistance, blind-spot warning with trailer coverage, rear cross-traffic warning, and automatic high-beam headlights. Adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go is standard on Reserve trim.
• Infotainment: The Navigator uses a 10-inch infotainment touchscreen with Sync 3, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Lincoln Connect with a 4G LTE WiFi hotspot and 911 Assist, Lincoln Way app support, wireless device charging, and Phone As A Key. It also offers a surround-view camera system and a head-up display.
• Fuel efficiency: The SUV averaged 16.4 mpg on the testing loop, and the EPA says to expect 18 mpg in combined driving.

Which 2020 Lincoln Navigator trim should I buy?

The 2020 Lincoln Navigator is offered in 3 trim levels: Navigator, Navigator Reserve, Navigator Black Label.

Here's the short version:

• Navigator: This is the entry point, but it still gives you the core Navigator experience: big luxury-SUV presence, the twin-turbo V6, and standard Lincoln Co-Pilot360 safety tech. It makes sense if you want the Navigator’s size and comfort without chasing extra luxury features.
• Navigator Reserve: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it adds the richer luxury content that makes the Navigator feel especially special, including the available Luxury Package with 30-way Perfect Position front seats. It also brings standard adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, which is a meaningful convenience upgrade.
• Navigator Black Label: This is the choice if you want the most upscale ownership experience and the extra perks that come with Lincoln’s top-tier treatment. It’s the trim to choose if you care most about exclusivity and the fullest luxury presentation.

Safety-package note: Lincoln Co-Pilot360 is standard, while adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go is standard on Reserve trim.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Lincoln Navigator?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient.

• Deal availability: 38.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 937 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.09% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 75.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $34,115, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Lincoln Navigator's resale value?

The current average of $34,115 sits slightly below last year's $39,252.

That price decline suggests the Navigator has already absorbed a meaningful chunk of depreciation, which can help future sellers if they buy at the right number. If you purchase near the current average or below it, you may have a better chance of limiting your loss when it’s time to sell. Strong equipment, clean history, and desirable trim content should matter more than ever in a luxury SUV market where buyers are selective.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2020 Lincoln Navigator safe?

The 2020 Lincoln Navigator earns a five-star overall safety rating from NHTSA.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Lincoln Co-Pilot360 is standard and includes forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning with lane-keeping assistance, blind-spot warning with trailer coverage, rear cross-traffic warning, and automatic high-beam headlights. On Reserve trim, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go is also standard.

One caveat is that with rear-wheel drive, NHTSA says rollover resistance is only three stars. IIHS has not tested the 2020 model.

Should I buy a 2020 Lincoln Navigator or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 38.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 75.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.09% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It combines flagship comfort, strong towing ability, and a refined luxury focus.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $38,049, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $34,115 average.
• It adds a quieter, more apartment-like luxury feel with comfier seating.

The bottom line: If you want the better value, the 2020 is the smarter starting point because prices are lower and the market still offers decent deal availability. If you’re willing to spend more for a slightly newer model year, the 2021 is worth a look, but price-sensitive buyers should focus on the 2020 and shop carefully for a clean, well-equipped example.
