What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Chevrolet Blazer?

At 67.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, especially if the price looks unusually attractive. Put inspection priority on body condition, panel alignment, and signs of prior repair, then confirm that the cabin, electronics, and driving feel match the seller’s description. Because this model has a stylish, feature-rich appeal, condition matters a lot when you compare one listing against another.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Chevrolet Blazer?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 32.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,034 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.06% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 67.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $19,370, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Chevrolet Blazer's resale value?

The current average of $19,373 sits slightly below last year's $21,073.

That price movement suggests the Blazer has already absorbed some depreciation, which can help future resale if you buy at the right number. If you pay close to the current average, your upside is more about owning a desirable, style-forward SUV than expecting a quick value rebound. Strong demand for well-kept examples should still help support resale, especially when the vehicle presents cleanly and has a good history.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.3/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Chevrolet Blazer or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 32.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 67.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.06% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.3/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2019 if:

• At $18,407, the 2019 costs less than the current year's $19,373 average.
• It emphasizes sporty road manners and a stylish, pavement-focused character.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $20,597, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $19,373 average.
• It leans harder into style and handling with a more premium-feeling driving focus.

The bottom line: The 2020 is the best all-around pick if you want a stylish, well-liked Blazer at a softer price than newer examples. If you’re especially price-sensitive, the 2019 is the better value play, while the 2021 makes sense only if you want to pay more for the newer-year premium.
