What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Chevrolet Blazer?

At 70.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection on any listing that looks especially appealing on price. Focus on body condition, signs of prior repair, and whether the vehicle’s equipment and features match what you expect from the trim. If a listing has a clean history and checks out mechanically, it deserves much more attention than one with gaps or visible wear.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Chevrolet Blazer?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 33.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.61% compared with last year.

What is the 2020 Chevrolet Blazer's resale value?

The current average of $19,634 sits slightly below last year's $21,484.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can make resale a little more challenging if you buy at the wrong point in the range. If you plan to sell later, your best protection is to buy well, keep mileage and condition in check, and avoid overpaying today. A lower entry price can help offset future depreciation and make your eventual resale position stronger.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.33/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Chevrolet Blazer or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 33.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 70.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.61% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.33/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2019 if:

• At $18,690, the 2019 costs less than the current year's $19,634 average.
• It emphasizes sporty road manners and strong highway appeal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $20,844, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $19,634 average.
• It leans harder into style and handling, with easy-to-use technology.

The bottom line: The 2020 is the best all-around starting point if you want a stylish, well-liked Blazer with a softer market price than the 2021. If your priority is saving money, the 2019 is the better value play, especially if you find one with a clean history and strong condition.
