Should I buy a 2020 Buick Envision or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 78.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.90% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.55/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2019 if:

• At $17,116, the 2019 costs less than the current year's $18,518 average.
• It offers a similar upscale feel with strong comfort and value.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $21,500, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $18,518 average.
• It brings a redesigned look with more competitive tech and styling.

The bottom line: The 2020 is the best all-around choice if you want a comfortable, well-liked Envision at a softer price than newer models. If your priority is saving money, the 2019 is the better value play; if you want the newer-generation design and can spend more, the 2021 is the upgrade path to consider.
