The repeated praise for the smooth ride and all-wheel drive also suggests a model that owners feel comfortable living with day to day. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the specific vehicle has been maintained well and hasn’t picked up hidden wear.

Accident-free inventory is solid at 76.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, even if a listing looks clean on paper. What is the 2020 Audi Q3's resale value?

The current average of $20,199 sits slightly below last year's $21,891.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can make the Q3 easier to buy now but may also temper short-term resale gains. If you plan to sell later, a lower entry price can help offset some depreciation pressure. Strong condition and clean history should matter more than ever if you want to protect value.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Audi Q3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 38.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 76.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.73% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2019 if:

• At $18,817, the 2019 costs less than the current year's $20,199 average.
• It feels larger and more compelling for comfort-focused shoppers.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $20,943, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $20,199 average.
• It adds additional high-tech safety features and more available equipment.

The bottom line: The 2020 is the best all-around pick if you want a balanced mix of price, satisfaction, and available inventory. If your priority is spending less, the 2019 is the smarter value play. If you want newer features and are willing to pay more, the 2021 is the better upgrade path.
