Used 2019 Toyota Camry for Sale nearColorado Springs, CO

How much does the 2019 Toyota Camry cost?

Prices have softened 3.29% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,209 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for comparison shopping.

Is the 2019 Toyota Camry a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Toyota Camry earns a 4.8/5 user rating and a 7.8/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Safety at 10/10.

Drivers consistently praise its reliability, comfortable ride, and fuel efficiency, and they also like its smooth handling and stylish design. In practical terms, that makes it a strong fit if you want a daily driver that feels easy to live with and still has some personality.

The trade-offs are slower acceleration in some situations and road noise at higher speeds, while the expert review also points to a smaller cabin and fewer features than many rivals. That means you should weigh the Camry’s strengths against your need for space and equipment, especially if you want a family sedan with a more upscale feel.

The model’s 32.2% good-or-great deal share suggests there are still worthwhile listings in the market.

Is the 2019 Toyota Camry reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback repeatedly points to reliability, and the expert review reinforces that with language about trouble-free ownership and a reputation for dependable transportation. You also get a free maintenance plan for the first two years or 25,000 miles, which helps reduce early ownership costs.

That combination makes the Camry a reassuring used buy if you want something you can count on over time. Even so, you should still verify maintenance history and overall condition, because long-term value depends on how well the previous owner cared for it.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Toyota Camry?

At 51.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and then prioritize a thorough inspection of bodywork, interior condition, and signs of uneven wear. Because the Camry’s appeal depends heavily on value and condition, a clean, well-kept example is worth more than one with unresolved cosmetic or accident-related issues.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Camry is offered with standard and sporty styling, and the review says the best bang for your buck is the standard 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine with LE trim at a minimum. The XLE is described as the upscale choice, while the XSE V6 is the test car and brings a more aggressive look and feel.
• Powertrain: You can choose between a 4-cylinder, a V6, and a hybrid powertrain. The standard 203-horsepower 2.5-liter 4-cylinder is suitable for daily driving, while the available 301-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 is the most engaging option.
• Safety package: Every 2019 Camry has Toyota Safety Sense with adaptive cruise control, forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, and automatic high-beam headlights. Toyota Safety Connect is also standard for the first three years.
• Infotainment: The Camry uses Entune 3.0, which includes Apple CarPlay, a 6-month/2GB WiFi Connect subscription, wireless smartphone charging, and a 10-inch head-up display. Android Auto is not included.
• Fuel efficiency: The expert review says the hybrid adds up to 20 miles per gallon to the car’s fuel economy, and the standard 4-cylinder is the better value if you want to keep purchase price down.

Which 2019 Toyota Camry trim should I buy?

The 2019 Toyota Camry is offered in 5 trim levels: L, LE, XLE, SE, and XSE.

Here's the short version:

• L: This is the entry point, but the review points you toward LE at a minimum if you want the best value.
• LE: This is the best-value trim because it keeps the standard 2.5-liter engine and avoids the higher cost of the sportier or more upscale versions.
• SE: Choose this if you want the sportier styling direction without jumping all the way to the top-end trims.
• XLE: This is the upscale pick if you want a more premium-feeling Camry.
• XSE: This is the most expressive trim, and the review’s test car shows it as the sporty, quick, and entertaining choice.

Toyota Safety Sense is standard across the lineup, but lower trim levels use standard headlights that are rated Acceptable rather than Good.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Toyota Camry?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop carefully without waiting forever.

• Deal availability: 32.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,209 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.29% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 51.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $17,990, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Toyota Camry's resale value?

The current average of $18,609 sits slightly below last year's $19,242.

That softer pricing can help you as a buyer today, but it also suggests the Camry has already absorbed some depreciation. For a future seller, that means resale value will depend more on condition, mileage, and trim than on broad market momentum alone.

The good news is that the Camry’s reputation for value and strong demand should help it remain easy to move when you decide to sell. Well-kept examples with clean history and desirable equipment should hold up better than rougher, higher-mileage ones.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2019 Toyota Camry safe?

The 2019 Toyota Camry earns five-star ratings in every single assessment from NHTSA, including the rollover resistance test, and it earns a Top Safety Pick+ rating from IIHS.

It earns a 10/10 safety score from our experts.

Every 2019 Camry comes with Toyota Safety Sense, including adaptive cruise control, forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, and automatic high-beam headlights. Toyota Safety Connect is also standard for the first three years and adds automatic collision notification, SOS emergency calling, and roadside-assistance access.

One caveat is that lower trim levels use standard headlights that IIHS rates Acceptable instead of Good. Even so, the Camry remains one of the strongest safety choices in its class.

Should I buy a 2019 Toyota Camry or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 32.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 51.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.29% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It combines strong safety ratings with a free scheduled maintenance plan.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $17,633, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $18,609 average.
• It emphasizes dependable daily transportation with a more expressive design.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $19,901, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $18,609 average.
• It adds all-wheel drive and a sportier TRD version.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of price, safety, and ownership appeal, the 2019 is the smart default. If you’re especially price-sensitive, the 2018 can save you money, while the 2020 makes sense if you want the newer updates and are willing to pay more.
