Is the 2019 Mazda MAZDA6 a good car?

That kind of feedback, paired with 31.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, gives you a decent mix of shopper appeal and pricing opportunity.

Is the 2019 Mazda MAZDA6 reliable?

For used buyers, that usually means lower perceived ownership risk, especially if you verify maintenance history and choose a well-kept example.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Mazda MAZDA6?

At 54.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report on any serious candidate and confirm whether prior damage was cosmetic or structural. Put inspection priority on body panels, paint matching, alignment, and tire wear so you can spot signs of past repairs. Focus on overall condition and documentation, not just mileage or asking price.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Mazda MAZDA6?

• Deal availability: 31.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 270 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.82% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 54.1% of listings are accident-free.

What is the 2019 Mazda MAZDA6's resale value?

The current average of $18,097 sits slightly below last year's $18,622.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also suggests future resale gains may be limited if the market stays flat. If you plan to sell later, condition and documentation will matter more because the model is already trading below its prior-year level. Stronger examples should hold up better than average ones, especially if they stay accident-free and well maintained.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Mazda MAZDA6 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 31.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 54.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.82% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $16,146, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $18,097 average.
• It adds a redesign, a new Signature trim, and a turbocharged engine.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2019 if you want the stronger current-market balance of price, satisfaction, and available inventory. If you're more price-sensitive, the 2018 is the better value play because it undercuts the 2019 while still offering a more upscale feel.
