How much does the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus cost?

Prices have softened 11.89% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 703 listings available, which gives you a solid pool to compare prices and equipment.

Is the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus earns a 4.8/5 user rating and a 7.7/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Safety.

Owners consistently praise its stylish design, luxurious interior, and smooth driving experience. The user feedback also points to comfort and advanced features as recurring strengths, along with better maintenance costs than some competing luxury brands.

The trade-offs are worth keeping in mind: the base engine is described as underwhelming, and the interior materials are said to feel cheap in places. That makes the Nautilus a better fit if you want a comfortable, distinctive two-row luxury SUV rather than the sportiest or most opulent option in the class.

With 34.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive example.

Is the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a vehicle that feels stylish, comfortable, and well-liked over time, with several mentions of advanced features and lower maintenance costs than some luxury rivals. That kind of feedback suggests you can count on the Nautilus to deliver a satisfying ownership experience if you choose a well-kept example.

The expert test-drive notes also emphasize a smooth, composed driving character and a transmission that stays out of the way, which supports the impression of dependable day-to-day use. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about outright durability and more about finding one that has been maintained carefully and not worn down by luxury-car repair costs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Lincoln Nautilus?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 75% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a vehicle history report on any candidate, even if it looks clean on paper. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that checks the cabin materials, electronics, and any signs of hard use, since the interior quality and feature content matter a lot on this model. It also makes sense to focus on condition and equipment level, because the Nautilus can feel very different depending on trim and options.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Black Label trim brings the most upscale presentation, including richer interior materials, special finishes, and 22-inch wheels, while lesser versions still feel plush but do not get the same luxury treatment.
• Powertrain: The standard 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder makes 250 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, while the optional twin-turbo 2.7-liter V6 makes 335 hp and 380 lb-ft and is the better choice if you want stronger acceleration.
• Safety package: The Driver Assistance package adds adaptive cruise control and evasive steering assist, while standard equipment includes forward-collision alert with automatic braking, pedestrian detection, lane-keep assist, and blind-spot monitoring.
• Infotainment: Sync 3 includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, built-in Wi-Fi, Waze integration, Amazon Alexa support, remote functions, a wireless charging pad, and a 19-speaker Revel Ultima stereo.
• Fuel efficiency: The Nautilus is EPA-rated between 19 and 21 mpg city, 25 to 27 highway, and 21 to 23 combined.

Which 2019 Lincoln Nautilus trim should I buy?

The 2019 Lincoln Nautilus is offered in 4 trim levels: Select, Reserve, Black Label, and Black Label trim.

Here's the short version:

• Select: This is the entry point, and it makes the Nautilus accessible while still giving you the core luxury crossover experience. It’s the trim to consider if you want the model’s style and comfort without chasing the highest-priced extras.
• Reserve: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it sits in the middle of the lineup and should give you a stronger mix of equipment and price than the top-end versions.
• Black Label: This is the one to buy if you want the most upscale cabin presentation, with the richest materials, special interior themes, and the most distinctive appearance.

The Driver Assistance package adds adaptive cruise control and evasive steering assist, so look for that package if advanced safety tech matters to you.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Lincoln Nautilus?

This looks like a moderate market for selective buyers, with enough inventory to shop carefully but still enough price softness to create opportunities.

• Deal availability: 34.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 703 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.89% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 75.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $18,424, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus's resale value?

The current average of $18,424 sits slightly below last year's $20,911.

That decline suggests the Nautilus has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can be good news if you are buying now and planning to hold the vehicle for a while. For a future seller, it also means the market may be more price-sensitive, so condition and equipment will matter a lot when it comes time to list it.

Because the model has softened in price, a clean, well-optioned example should be easier to position than one with visible wear or missing features. If you keep mileage reasonable and maintenance records organized, you improve your odds of standing out in a market where buyers can compare many similar listings.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus safe?

The Nautilus has not been tested by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) or the Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). However, NHTSA crash-tested the mechanically identical 2018 MKX, and it scored the maximum five-star ratings in all seven categories. The IIHS awarded the 2017 MKX a Top Safety Pick for scoring the top Good rating in all six crash tests and another top Superior rating for its crash-avoidance features.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety equipment includes forward-collision alert with automatic braking, pedestrian detection, lane-keep assist, and blind-spot monitoring. The Driver Assistance package adds adaptive cruise control and evasive steering assist, which can help guide the driver around an obstacle in the road.

Should I buy a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 34.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 75% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.89% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2019 model stands out as a newly named, extensively refreshed two-row luxury SUV with a clearer identity and a more competitive presentation.

The bottom line: If you want the refreshed Nautilus with strong owner satisfaction and a lower average price than last year, the 2019 is the right place to start. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby model years as well, but the 2019 already offers a compelling mix of style, comfort, and market softness.
