What is the 2019 Lincoln MKZ's resale value?

The current average of $17,244 sits slightly below last year's $18,398.

That price movement suggests the model has softened, which can make future resale a little more sensitive to mileage, condition, and equipment. If you buy well and keep the car in strong shape, you may be better positioned when it's time to sell. A lower entry price can also help offset some depreciation pressure for you as the next owner.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.2/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Lincoln MKZ or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 30.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 62.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.27% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.2/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest balance of price, owner satisfaction, and current market availability, the 2019 is the primary year to target. If your top priority is stretching your budget further, a different year may offer a lower entry price, but you should expect to trade off some combination of condition, equipment, or overall market appeal.
