How much does the 2019 Honda Accord cost?

Prices have softened 6.56% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,875 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2019 Honda Accord a good car?

Generally — the 4.43/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise the Accord’s stylish design, luxurious interior, excellent reliability, impressive fuel economy, smooth ride quality, and comfortable, spacious cockpit. For you, that means this model year fits especially well if you want a roomy, well-rounded family sedan with a polished driving experience and strong everyday usability. With 34.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still meaningful market opportunity if you shop carefully.

Is the 2019 Honda Accord reliable?

Owners rate it 4.43/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback highlights excellent reliability, and drivers also describe the car as dependable and great value for money. That combination suggests you can feel reasonably confident about long-term ownership if you choose a well-kept example. For used buyers, the main risk is less about the model’s reputation and more about how each individual car was maintained and driven.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Honda Accord?

At 54.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage. After that, prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially if the listing price looks unusually attractive. Focus on overall condition, signs of repair quality, and whether the car’s wear matches its mileage and asking price.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Honda Accord?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay disciplined.

• Deal availability: 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,875 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.56% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 54.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $18,490, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Honda Accord's resale value?

The current average of $18,543 sits slightly below last year's $19,844.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, your best protection is choosing a clean, well-maintained example with strong documentation. A car that already starts from a fair purchase price gives you a better chance of minimizing depreciation pain.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.43/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Honda Accord or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 54.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.56% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.43/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $17,928, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $18,543 average.
• It offers a fresh redesign with a more engaging, modern feel.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $19,930, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $18,543 average.
• It adds easy-to-use tech and adaptive cruise control.

The bottom line: The 2019 is the best all-around pick if you want a well-liked, well-equipped sedan at a softened market price. If your priority is saving money, the 2018 is the better value play; if you want to spend more for a newer-feeling package, the 2020 is the natural upgrade path.
