What is the 2019 Ford Transit Passenger's resale value?

The current average of $26,616 sits slightly below last year's $29,150.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited unless you choose a well-kept example. If you plan to sell later, condition and documentation will matter a lot, especially in a market where buyers can compare many similar listings.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Ford Transit Passenger or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 30.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 74% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.69% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of price softness, inventory, and owner satisfaction, the 2019 is the primary year to target. If you're especially price-sensitive, keep comparing individual listings closely and focus on the cleanest, best-documented vans rather than chasing the lowest sticker price alone.
