Used 2019 Chevrolet Impala for Sale nearSaint Louis, MO

How much does the 2019 Chevrolet Impala cost?

Prices have softened 9.50% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 505 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2019 Chevrolet Impala a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Chevrolet Impala earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its great value, spacious interior, and strong performance, and they also like the smooth ride and easy-to-use tech. For you, that makes it a strong fit if you want a roomy full-size sedan with comfort and practicality at the center of the experience. With 27.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Chevrolet Impala reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience for many shoppers, with praise centered on value, comfort, and strong performance. That said, some owners mention issues like the auto stop feature and mismatched tires, so you should still pay attention to maintenance history and current condition. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the model’s overall appeal and more about finding one that has been cared for consistently.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Chevrolet Impala?

At 53.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can catch bodywork, alignment, or wear issues that may not be obvious in photos. Focus closely on condition, maintenance records, and signs of uneven tire wear or repair quality. If a listing has a clean history and checks out mechanically, it is worth moving faster on the better-priced examples.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Chevrolet Impala?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly when a strong listing appears.

• Deal availability: 27.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 505 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.50% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 53.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $13,721, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Chevrolet Impala's resale value?

The current average of $13,740 sits slightly below last year's $15,182.

That price movement suggests the model has softened, which can help you as a buyer today but may also limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the right price and keep the car in strong condition, you can reduce the impact of that depreciation. The best resale outcomes usually come from well-kept examples with clean history and broad buyer appeal.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Chevrolet Impala or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 27.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 53.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.50% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2019 if you want a roomy, comfortable full-size sedan with strong owner satisfaction and a softer used-market price. If you are especially price-sensitive, it is worth comparing nearby years to see whether a cleaner or better-equipped example offers a better overall value for your budget.
