Used 2019 Chevrolet Camaro for Sale in Texas

Contacted a few times. When they responded they had already sold the vehicle

A representative from the dealership contacted me within an hour of my inquiry. The truck was available. She answered my questions honestly about the price of the truck. The was an additional dealer fee of $1,995 that was not included in the advertised price. I appreciate the representative being honest when I asked about additional cost, I do not appreciate the dealer advertising a vehicle for 2K less than the actual price. It doesn't matter if most dealers do this, it is misleading.

I ended up purchasing this 2015 Acura from them. They were very helpful in answering all my questions. I do wish that they were closer to my residence but that is the only thing I would change. They had all the Carfax information on my new vehicle at hand and were very easy to deal with. Overall I would rate them four star. I will know more after my first service.

They have kept me well informed so I can get the best deal ... they understand this a big important decision.

“I will never know because that particular vehicle was sold a month ago and was still being listed by the the dealer. The unusual part is they asked me when I could come in fu o test drive knowing the vehicle was sold. Horrible fishing practices, onr would expect a dealer if that statue to b ed zale to handle as simple task of removing a vehicle that had already been sold from their system, will not recommend ”

I really wanted this car but they was holding the car for someone which is ridiculous! If the customer doesn’t buy that day or put money down on the car, you shouldn’t be holding it for anyone or playing favoritism. However i think everything worked the way it was supposed to.

Salesperson was attentive and got me the information I needed; unfortunately, I ended up passing on the vehicle. Would definitely do business with them if I happen to find the right vehicle at their lot.

I was a bit disappointed by the fact that I did speak with someone and a Manager and filled out an application last week and no one has called to say whether or not I was approved. I guess it is to be expected if I am not putting down 10K or more on a vehicle. I would think that during this time helping people would be top priority but I was wrong. The only reason I even gave one star was because the system would not allow me to leave the stars blank.

Very very bad. Made me drive for an hour 12 mins, just to be told “this vehicle is not ready”. I called first, the receptionist said “hold on let me see if this listing is still available”. Then she comes back to say “yes this vehicle is available “. On arrival, “this vehicle is not here yet, would you like to see another vehicle?”. That was a month ago. Even up to last week that I finally bought my vehicle, the vehicle was still not ready yet. Scammers

On the carguru site it says this dealership will work with you to be “contactless”. They let me test drive without someone else in the car but they failed on test drive at home (just didn’t show up and didn’t call to let me know they weren’t coming) and price negotiation from home (required on site negotiations at the dealership.)

Called about this car. They said it was there. Drove from Louisiana for this car. He said it was no longer there but the one they had was a higher price. I’m looking at this car same miles etc. was very disappointed

Went in to look at their car and ended up adding around $3000 of unexplained fees on top of the tax and title

They have been very understanding of what I am looking for. This is a big decision and they understand that.

Very unhelpful. Their online selling and interaction are minimal. They do not care. Trade in quotes are low balls making it no where close to wanting to business at CarMax. Such a turn off.
