You can then choose options like heated front seats, adaptive LED headlights, and premium seats. As far as safety, the 4 Series gets rain-sensing windshield wipers, front and rear parking sensors, and a reversing camera. Available features consist of forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, lane-departure warning, a surround-view camera, and a head-up display (HUD). The 4 Series has not been evaluated for safety by either the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) nor the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).
