Used 2019 BMW 4 Series for Sale nearPhoenix, AZ

How much does the 2019 BMW 4 Series cost?

Prices have softened 6.97% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 800 listings available, which suggests a solid amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2019 BMW 4 Series a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction, and the 2019 BMW 4 Series backs that up with its premium two-door coupe and convertible body styles, strong performance, and well-equipped cabin. It also offers a distinctive alternative to a conventional midsize luxury car, with the added practicality of the Gran Coupe body style and a broad mix of drivetrain and transmission choices. For shoppers who want style, driving enjoyment, and upscale features, it fits that use case well. Good and great deals account for 36.4% of listings, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 BMW 4 Series reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2019 BMW 4 Series is described as generally well equipped and enjoyable to drive, but BMW repairs can be costly if something goes wrong, so service history matters. That makes maintenance records and overall condition especially important for used buyers who want to reduce long-term ownership risk.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 BMW 4 Series?

At 52.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether the car has any accident or damage records. After that, prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can check for signs of deferred maintenance, repair quality, and wear that may not show up in photos or a listing description. Focus especially on overall condition and service documentation, since repair costs can be significant if issues surface later.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 BMW 4 Series?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 800 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.97% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 52.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $19,194, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 BMW 4 Series's resale value?

The current average of $19,194 sits slightly below last year's $20,632.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, it also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and documentation rather than just model-year desirability. Well-kept examples should hold up better than neglected ones, especially in a market where shoppers can compare many listings.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 BMW 4 Series or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 52.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.97% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of current pricing, owner satisfaction, and a distinctive luxury coupe-or-convertible experience, the 2019 is the primary year to target. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a cleaner or better-equipped example offers more value for similar money.
