The owner feedback also emphasizes that the Q7 feels dependable in daily use, with many drivers describing it as trouble-free and easy to live with over time. The repeated praise for comfort, quality, and overall satisfaction suggests this is a model many owners feel confident keeping for the long haul. For used buyers, that means your biggest ownership risk is less about the reputation of the vehicle and more about how well a specific example has been maintained.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Audi Q7?

At 74.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any prior damage was cosmetic or structural. Then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on the suspension, electronics, and interior condition, since this model’s appeal depends heavily on refinement. Focus on how the cabin, ride quality, and overall maintenance history line up with the asking price.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Audi Q7?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be choosy if you shop carefully.

• Deal availability: 39.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,292 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.17% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $18,404, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Audi Q7's resale value?

The current average of $18,404 sits slightly below last year's $21,441.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point. For a future seller, it also means resale value may depend more on condition, mileage, and maintenance history than on broad market momentum. Well-kept examples should still attract attention, but you should expect buyers to be selective in a market where prices have eased.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.71/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Audi Q7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 39.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 74.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.17% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.71/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $23,725, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $18,404 average.
• It brings a thorough refresh with updated styling, interior, powertrain, and technology.

The bottom line: If you want the better value play, the 2019 is the stronger starting point because it combines a lower average price with solid owner satisfaction and meaningful deal availability. If you’re willing to pay more for the refreshed design and updated tech, the 2020 is the better secondary path for buyers who prioritize the newest version over savings.
