How much does the 2019 Acura TLX cost?

There are 711 listings available, which suggests a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2019 Acura TLX a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Acura TLX earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its luxury feel, strong performance, and high safety features, and many also highlight the value it offers compared with other luxury vehicles. That makes it a good fit if you want a premium sedan with a more distinctive personality than a basic commuter car. With 36.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Acura TLX reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback also points to reliability and comfort as recurring strengths, with many drivers describing the car as dependable and enjoyable to live with over time. That said, used buyers should still pay close attention to maintenance history and transmission behavior, since long-term ownership risk can rise if prior care was inconsistent.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Acura TLX?

At 57.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection on any car that looks especially appealing. Focus on body condition, signs of prior repair, and how the car drives, since those details can reveal more than photos or a listing description.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Acura TLX?

This looks like a moderate market where selective buyers can still find value if they shop carefully.

• Deal availability: 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 711 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.66% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 57.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $20,001, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Acura TLX's resale value?

The current average of $20,001 sits slightly below last year's $21,201.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be limited if the market stays steady. If you plan to sell later, the best protection is buying a well-kept example at a competitive price and keeping maintenance records organized. Strong owner satisfaction can help support demand when it's time to move on.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Acura TLX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 57.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.66% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $18,190, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $20,001 average.
• It adds a refreshed face, quicker infotainment, and more standard safety.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $21,691, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $20,001 average.
• It emphasizes engaging driving dynamics with available SH-AWD.

The bottom line: The 2019 is the best all-around pick if you want a strong mix of value, features, and owner satisfaction. If your budget is tighter, the 2018 is the smarter price-sensitive alternative, while the 2020 makes sense if you want to spend more for a newer-feeling driving experience.
