Used 2018 Toyota RAV4 for Sale Nationwide

Went to dealer i didn't even come out the car and i felt like the sales reps were about to jump on me. I didn't even come out the car and kept it moving. I called after and Spoke with rep regarding a 2015 BMW 328I and she wasn't as helpful as expected. She told me to hold while she got more information then started to talk to another rep while having me still on the line listening to there conversation nothing relating our conversation then call dropped.

Horrible!Made appt on a Friday 430 for following Saturday.Drove 45minutes to see 3 cars and none were there. No prices on cars and packed in like sardines!

I live in Naples and I drove all the way to Tampa to see a car that it wasn’t even there, plus their prices are not what the advertise on the market, they made their prices look attractive 2000 lower than anybody else in the market but you don’t realize that there’s $2000 that you got to put down in order to get the advertise price. Terrible way to attack business. I walked out of the dealer immediately.

Waist of time . I contact them over and over about A Lincoln they had was trying to test drive . End up selling the car now they have another Lincoln and I was interested in was told that it is still available but now I can’t get a hold of anyone and no one answers the phone . Don’t waist your time or money there are Way better dealers out there than this one

I was told that the car I was looking for is sold out. My only complaint is that the dealer should update the vehicle status on the app too so that the customers should know if vehicle is still available or sold out so they can see some other options.

Not impressed with this dealership. They would not work with you on price of vehicle. They said price of vehicle is bottom line. Try next day they dropped the price of vehicle dropped after my experience with dealership. Not good business in my opinion. Very rude and definetly do not work with you trying to get you a good deal.

I went to see the car. First, they did not have the car. Second, the price was higher. In conclusion, what they posted on line is not real.

The make me drive 2 hours upon arrival the said that the car a was looking for is sold, but before I head to the place I call them on the phone the confirm that the car is still to the place and the said yes. But I think all the price the have on the internet is fake, the just want to to go and the will propose a different car and price so please be careful with this fake dealer!!

I messaged and called about this truck and finally heard back after 4 days from a "product specialist" after multiple inquiries. He was extremely rude to me regarding the truck, cut me off and hung up on me. I wrote a negative Google Business review to which the owner responded. After reaching out to him, he told me I set myself up for disappointment. Then he said he would get me a trade-in value for my current vehicle and I haven't heard back. It was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Emailed me several times about my interested, but when I emailed them, they never responded to my specific question and sent an a follow up email that didn't address the question I had asked. There email made it sound like they didn't even know I had already emailed them twice.

The contact was within a few hours.

Didn't want to discuss the car over the phone, told me to just come in. Not very friendly.

He is very professional, polite, Understanding, etc. He made sure I felt comfortable and literally did almost all the paper work before I got there since I was coming from afar. I really recommend going there to get yourself a ride tho

Very nice young man. Unfortunately they were not comfortable about taking a trade in as it had so many miles on it. He was good about showing me other SUVs that I may have been interested in.

The car wasn’t there. This is the third time I went to check out a car advertised for 10k below the average and the car isn’t there. ITS JUST BAIT. ; then they try selling you something else. I’m going to a dealer next time. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME/GAS/TOLLS

Online price is misleading, it is priced at 33683 and When I flew all the way like 600 miles they say it is 38600(some packages) which i dint even wanted. On top of that add does not say anything about the accident(regardless it was a small accident). Plus when i wanted to see the car they wont show it to me before I sign up for loan approval. Who des that? What if someone does not like that car , that credit pull will stay in our record for 2 years for no reason.

I book appointment for 2016 Infiniti QX60. They told me that is in stock. I went there. They start looking for car. After one hour, they start showing different cars. After wasting 2 hours, they told us, car is not in stock. Don't waste your time

Very bad experience, when I go 2nd time they show me $4100 service charge and $1999 down payment which in no deductible, they charge $6100 additional other then the internet price and then add texes and resignation, if they show me this in the first visit I don't go 2nd time.

Phenomenol No Pressure salesmen. Very Clean Cars at Reasonable pricing. Their packaing which can include servicing and extended warranty was VERY appealing to men. Very laid back and no pressure.
