Used 2018 Nissan Titan for Sale nearPortland, OR

How much does the 2018 Nissan Titan cost?

Prices have softened 6.28% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,249 listings available, which gives you a solid pool to compare prices and conditions.

Is the 2018 Nissan Titan a good car?

Yes — the 2018 Nissan Titan earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction.

Owners consistently praise its smooth ride, quiet interior, comfortable seating, strong performance, towing ability, and overall value. That lines up well with its role as a full-size pickup that aims to feel more comfortable and well-equipped than many work-focused rivals.

If you want a truck that blends capability with everyday comfort, this model year fits that use case well. With 35.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2018 Nissan Titan reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to reliability, with shoppers describing the Titan as dependable and recommending it for its powerful engine and overall ownership experience. That kind of praise matters if you want a used truck you can count on over the long haul.

For used buyers, that suggests lower worry about day-to-day ownership risk, especially if the truck has been maintained well and checked carefully before purchase.

What should I look for when buying a used 2018 Nissan Titan?

At 62.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report first so you can separate clean examples from trucks with collision records. After that, prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially for signs of body repair, uneven panel gaps, tire wear, and any issues that could affect towing or ride quality.

Because this truck was criticized for some quality and ride-related drawbacks, focus on condition as much as mileage and price. A clean, well-kept example is the one most likely to deliver the ownership experience you want.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Nissan Titan?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the right truck.

• Deal availability: 35.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,249 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.28% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 62.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $21,672, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Nissan Titan's resale value?

The current average of $21,761 sits slightly below last year's $23,220.

That price movement suggests the Titan has softened in the market, which can help you as a buyer but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at a strong price, you reduce the risk of taking a bigger hit later.

For a future seller, the key is to buy a clean, well-maintained truck and avoid overpaying today. Trucks with broad owner appeal and strong satisfaction tend to hold attention better when it’s time to list them again.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Nissan Titan or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 35.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 62.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.28% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2017 if:

• At $19,381, the 2017 costs less than the current year's $21,761 average.
• It offers a redesigned, overlooked full-size truck with real capability.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger overall ownership signal and are comfortable shopping carefully, the 2018 is the better primary target. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2017 is the smarter secondary path, especially if you find a clean example with the features and condition you want.
