Used 2018 Nissan Titan for Sale nearDurham, NC

How much does the 2018 Nissan Titan cost?

Prices have softened 6.54% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,292 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of trucks to compare.

Is the 2018 Nissan Titan a good car?

Yes — the 2018 Nissan Titan earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction.

Owners commonly praise its smooth ride, quiet interior, comfortable seating, strong performance, and towing ability. The Titan also stands out as a value-oriented full-size pickup, especially if you want a truck that feels comfortable and capable rather than purely work-focused. For you, that makes it a good fit if you want a full-size pickup with everyday comfort and solid hauling strength. 31.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2018 Nissan Titan reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a truck that feels dependable, with praise for its reliability, strong engine, and trouble-free ownership experience. That kind of response suggests the Titan can be a reassuring choice if you want a used full-size pickup you can count on. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the model’s reputation and more about how well a specific truck was maintained and used.

What should I look for when buying a used 2018 Nissan Titan?

At 62.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can catch hidden body, frame, or mechanical issues. Focus closely on signs of prior repair quality, uneven wear, and any evidence of hard towing or off-road use. If a truck looks especially clean on paper, make sure the condition matches the listing details in person.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Nissan Titan?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 31.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,292 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.54% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 62.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $21,595, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Nissan Titan's resale value?

The current average of $21,595 sits slightly below last year's $23,107.

That price movement suggests the Titan has softened in the used market, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, that also means resale upside may depend more on condition, mileage, and equipment than on broad market momentum. Well-kept trucks with clean histories should hold up better than average examples as buyers continue to compare value across full-size pickups.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Nissan Titan or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 31.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 62.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.54% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2017 if:

• At $19,287, the 2017 costs less than the current year's $21,595 average.
• It offers a more overlooked, serious-truck feel with strong capability and everyday usability.

The bottom line: If you want the better-balanced shopping pool and a model year with strong owner satisfaction, the 2018 is the safer primary choice. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2017 is the better value path, especially if you find one in clean condition with a solid history.
