During one email I asked about the condition of the car, specifically asking if there was any dents, scratches or chips in the body. The response I got stated that, "the car was in great condition and there were no visible dent, scratches or chips on the body of the car." Well I drove the 7 hours to the dealership expecting to buy this car only find that there were multiple dents and scratches no to mention a large chips on the roof of the car which was rusting. I was pretty pissed off at this point. Had I known about this damage I wouldn't have driven 7 hours to see this car. Then I asked the salesman "helping" me how long the car had been at this dealership. He told me it had been there for 4 days. As I mentioned previously in this review, I had been researching this car AT THIS DEALERSHIPS FOR NEARLY TWO WEEKS. I'm fine with someone playing hardball when negotiating but flat out lying to me is something I don't tolerate. They lied about the condition of the car through email and lied right to my face about how long it had been there. They clearly have no respect for their costumers and will say anything to try to make a sale. I will never go to this dealership again."

However, the person who contacted me told me "...the 2005 Subaru Forester you are interested in is Q-Certified with a 7 year 100,000 mile warranty." But when it came time for purchase, I was told that it just had the standard 30 day warrantee. I took the car anyway, but believe this to be very deceptive on the part of the person who had contacted me."
