It offers a choice between a robust 3.6-liter V6 and a powerful 5.7-liter Hemi V8 engine, with the latter boasting a formidable towing capacity of up to 7,400 pounds. Inside, the Durango accommodates up to seven passengers comfortably, and its interior can be outfitted with luxurious features, making it suitable for both family outings and active lifestyles. It’s a great vehicle. I love the looks. I love the tow capacity: I love the features and room. The 3.6/8 speed is a great combo. But… the small offset crash rating is a disaster. And as a dad of teens it made me cross it off my list. Why hasn’t dodge addresses this? Even mitigated it?
