How much does the 2017 Audi Q3 cost?

Is the 2017 Audi Q3 a good car?

Generally — the 4/5 user rating points to a solid ownership experience for this model year. The 2017 Q3 is positioned as a compact luxury SUV that emphasizes everyday comfort and a refined feel, with a softer setup that makes it easier to live with than many sharper-handling rivals. It also brings useful convenience and comfort features, so it fits you well if you want an approachable entry-level luxury SUV rather than a performance-first one. The market shows 38.6% of listings as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2017 Audi Q3 reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2017 Q3’s appeal comes from its comfort-focused character and well-equipped cabin, which can make day-to-day ownership feel straightforward and pleasant. Its softer suspension and modest powertrain may not excite you, but they also align with a calmer, less demanding driving experience. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is ending up with a vehicle whose condition or maintenance history does not match its premium positioning.

What should I look for when buying a used 2017 Audi Q3?

At 61.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage. After that, prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on bodywork quality, panel alignment, and signs of uneven wear or repair. Because this model is bought for comfort and features, you should also pay close attention to how well the interior, electronics, and convenience equipment have held up.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2017 Audi Q3?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 38.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 710 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.31% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 61.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $11,924, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2017 Audi Q3's resale value?

The current average of $12,173 sits slightly below last year's $13,423.

That decline suggests the market has become a bit more buyer-friendly, which can put some pressure on future resale if you buy at the wrong price. If you plan to sell later, your best protection is to buy well, keep the vehicle in strong condition, and avoid overpaying for a higher-mileage example. A well-kept Q3 with the right equipment and a clean history should still appeal to shoppers looking for a compact luxury SUV with a refined feel.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2017 Audi Q3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 38.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 61.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.31% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2016 if:

• At $11,390, the 2016 costs less than the current year's $12,173 average.
• It offers a lower-cost entry point with a refined, compact luxury feel.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger balance of current-market value and feature content, the 2017 is the better starting point. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2016 is the more price-sensitive choice and may be the smarter path if you find one in especially good condition.
