At last minute said I,d have to pay 600 or so for aTempe tax and then be retaxed in New Mexico. First said Tempe would reimburse me, you know that won't happen. Then put on a doc fee of 500 fo a used car. Put that good price up 1100 $, not so good anymore. If you are from out of state beware."

I advised the point of Contact that I would be coming, my approximate arrival time, and what 3 vehicles I wanted to look at. When I arrived at the Dealership, the point of contact had done nothing to prepare for my arrival. He had no information available on the vehicles I wanted to see, had no idea where any of them were or where to find them. So after waiting about 30-45 minutes to look them up in their system, then try to locate the keys for the ones he could find in his system. We went out into 118 degree heat to walk around looking for the vehicles I wanted to look at. He tells me that the lot kid had keys for one to rotate inventory, that he couldn't find another in his system, but he had and was able to find the keys for one. So after another 45 min of walking around in the heat we had found one of the ones I wanted to look at, but were unable to look at the inside because he cant find the keys. we finally found the one he had the keys for, and were unable to find the one the lot kid had (which is the one I was most interested in). So we went back inside and he started trying to pressure sale me on the one we did find (which after looking at it, I decided I didn't want) and I had to tell him several times I didn't want that one, but was more interested in the one the lot kid had. Which he never did anymore to try locating the vehicle or the lot kid. He just then started trying to get me to let them look at my trade-in to find what it was worth. I then ended up just getting up and leaving a little angry. It may have just been that salesman and not the dealership, but he didn't seem to want to let me locate a vehicle I wanted, look at the ones I had told him I wanted to see, or be prepared in any way shape or form for my arrival. "
