Why it stands out
The 2016 Tesla Model X is a trailblazer in the electric SUV market, offering a combination of advanced technology, spacious seating options, and impressive performance metrics. It shares a platform with the Model S, which means it benefits from a robust powertrain and high-end features. One of its standout characteristics is the distinctive Falcon Wing doors, which not only provide dramatic aesthetics but also enhance accessibility for rear passengers. With a strong balance of performance and practicality, the Model X can accommodate up to seven passengers and cargo space that's hard to beat. Owners have expressed high satisfaction in its comfort and features, although some have pointed out concerns about the practicality of specific elements, such as its unique window design and potential repair costs. Overall, this SUV remains an excellent choice for families or individuals looking to transition to an electric vehicle without compromising on space or technology.

Great space, surprisingly inexpensive and the benefit of not having to get fuel is great

Unlimited supercharging if you can get it is awesome. Drives like a car instead of a big SUV. Some issues with window squeaks and door not always fully opening. Also I recommend the smaller standard wheels over the 22s for better range.

The car is great, but I don’t recommend. If you drive everyday more than 30 miles round trip, gasoline car is better, cheaper and safer for long term. 10 years Old electric car most likely battery will be your “big” concern. It drain super fast and it cost too much to replace $15k-$20k. The price for Electric vehicle after 10 years should be $23k or less. When the car problems come out, it’ll cost you a lot of money to fix lsuch as tires replace, compression bush, 12v battery, high voltage battery, coolant, filters, etc. The car doesn’t have sides cameras, so it can’t fully self-driving.

I have had a Model S for almost eight years. Been trying to get the wife to come aboard the EV train since 2016. She agreed recently and when the car was delivered, I wasnt there. She called me all giddy with excitement. She has had very nice cars for a long time. First time she was really excited. The vehicle is decades ahead of everyone else
