Why it stands out
The 2016 Jaguar F-TYPE combines beautiful aesthetics with robust performance, making it a compelling choice for sports car enthusiasts. Its design is eye-catching, featuring smooth lines and a low stance that not only enhance its visual appeal but also signal high-performance capabilities. Under the hood, buyers can select from a powerful V6 and a roaring V8 engine, both delivering exhilarating performance. The driving experience in the F-TYPE is remarkable, showcasing tight steering, solid braking, and an adaptable suspension system, ensuring enjoyable handling on various road conditions.
Furthermore, the addition of all-wheel drive and a manual transmission option expands its versatility, allowing drivers to tackle different scenarios confidently. However, prospective buyers should note that while the vehicle exudes luxury and performance, the infotainment system feels somewhat outdated compared to modern standards. Despite this minor drawback, the F-TYPE is celebrated for its blend of excitement, comfort, and style, making it a worthwhile investment for those seeking a high-end sports car experience.

The is extremely fun to drive. Strong transmission, the sound of the supercharger to the exhaust makes the experience that much better. I am even averaging over 22mpg and that's not slow driving by any means. I'm glad I upgraded to the AWD S model instead of rwd. The worst part about the car is the stereo system is a little lackluster.

British muscle car, very refined and polished, yet brash and brutish when you want to play and have some thrills!!

Great bang for the buck with 550 HP. The car handles well and so far runs perfectly. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I bought my father a F-type RWD the prior year and have been enamored with them ever since. The car is satisfying in a way that reading the performance specs and figures dont truly convey. Its a stunningly beautiful car. You are definitely going to look back after you park the car. The performance is excellent as the numbers convey, but the way that it goes about delivering the performance is what sets it apart from other fast cars I have owned. The V8 (and my fathers V6) are characterful at all speed, and intoxicating at full throttle. The F-type handles well but doesnt beat you up even on New Orleans craterscape roads. The infotainment is a bit behind the curve in both my 2016 and his 2018, but it is a minor inconvenience (No car play or android auto, but I knew this going in). I was actually very pleasantly surprised by the mileage. I have managed to get 29+ MPG on a ~60 mile highway cruise. The seats look aggressive but I have found them to be comfortable, and I am on the larger side. This is my favorite car I have owned by a country mile, and I have absolutely no regrets!
