It was overkill. BUT, at least they responded in a timely manner. Negatives - I set an appointment up a week in advance and picked out 3 specific cars I wanted to test drive when I got there. I also did this so the salesman would have a solid idea of what I was looking for when I got there. (who has time to waste these days?) I showed up to my appointment and the salesman (Stanley) that I had all previous communication with, wasn't available. This was annoying considering I had spoken to him about everything ahead of time, and set my appointment a week in advance. He set me up with another salesman, but didn't download him on anything we had talked about previously so it was a HUGE waste of time... honestly. I don't even remember the other salesman's name, but he was AWFUL. He didn't listen to a single thing I said and challenged me on everything I told him I wanted in a car. I test drove 1 car with him, told him I hated it, and he was trying to set me up with a pricing guy to talk numbers... he seriously didn't listen whatsoever. SO, my husband and I walked out and left. "
