When I arrived at the stealership I was immediately approached by some guy telling me I had to move my car. Not polite at all so I just ignored him and walked in to the show room. From ther I was approached by a salesman named les and told him about the guy in the parking lot. He said that he would move my car so I gave him my keys. Les was very helpful seem to me to maybe be a new salesman. Anyway I drove the vehicle and came back to talk numbers. Les’s desk was cramped in the corner and at the time we sat down they decided it was time to move all the cars off the showroom floor. I then had to move to behind the desk so I wasn’t hit by the people moving the cars who didn’t seem to care that we were trying to make a deal. At this point I was annoyed and les went back to talk to the sales manager about my deal. Les knew what I was looking to get on my trade I did research before I got to the stealership. When les got back he asked if I thought we were close on making a deal and I responded I think we are off about 1500.00$. He told me to try again. The sales manager totally low balled my trade in and we were not even close to making a deal. This place shows you a low price on the vehicle but when it time to value your trade they make up the difference of them keeping their vehicles priced low. The thing is every other car dealer I ever delt with there was a negotiation if we didn’t meet on a number here w they just basically told me we were not close and have a nice day. Bottom line I would look around before going to this place they are not very customer friendly. "

The salesman told his supervisor that he asked me through text messages for my credit card info in order to take the deposit, yet that never happened once, and I offered up proof to the manager to show it. I messaged him several times saying I’m ready to give him the money whenever he wants, and even offered to put down a $10k deposit. Still didn’t respond. Only responded to me 4 days later to tell me the car was sold. The salesman was probably below his monthly quota, and once he realized I wouldn’t get the car until the first month of June, he stopped responding to me. I called the dealership to speak to a manager, told him what happened, and he cut me off and said he’d look into and call me back... it’s almost been a week and I haven’t heard a word back. "
