Used 2015 Subaru WRX for Sale nearPhiladelphia, PA

How much does the 2015 Subaru WRX cost?

Prices have softened 3.73% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 343 listings available, which gives you a modest pool of options to compare.

Is the 2015 Subaru WRX a good car?

Yes — the 2015 Subaru WRX earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to very strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its performance, power, and value, and many also like the features and how it handles in different conditions. For you, that makes it a compelling choice if you want a sporty compact that still works as an everyday car. With 31.2% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is also a decent amount of market opportunity if you shop carefully.

Is the 2015 Subaru WRX reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a car that feels dependable and worth counting on, especially for buyers who want performance without giving up everyday usability. That said, used-car reliability still depends heavily on how the previous owner maintained the car, so a well-kept example matters more than mileage alone.

What should I look for when buying a used 2015 Subaru WRX?

At 55.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection from a mechanic who can assess wear, modifications, and signs of past damage. Focus on overall condition, maintenance records, and whether the car has been driven and cared for in a way that matches its performance-oriented nature.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Subaru WRX?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to compare listings and wait for the right one.

• Deal availability: 31.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 343 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.73% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 55.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $13,249, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Subaru WRX's resale value?

The current average of $13,370 sits slightly below last year's $13,887.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can make the car easier to buy now but may also limit short-term upside for a future seller. If you plan to resell later, condition and documentation will matter a lot, because buyers tend to pay more for a clean, well-maintained example. A strong purchase price today can help offset some of that depreciation pressure when it is time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 Subaru WRX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 31.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 55.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.73% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2016 if:

• At $14,559, the 2016 costs more than the current year's $13,370 average.
• It adds a stronger performance-focused identity with a more polished everyday balance.

The bottom line: If you want the better value play, the 2015 is the smarter starting point because pricing has eased and owner satisfaction is excellent. If you are willing to spend more for a newer alternative, the 2016 is the secondary path to consider, especially if you want to compare its added appeal against the higher asking price.
