I brought a business check to pay and they said I would still have to fill out all of the credit applications. I asked them if it would make a difference if I went and got a cashier's check and they said it would help. I was still there for over 3 hours and the amount of paperwork was ridiculous. I'm pretty sure they still made me fill out all of the credit apps even though I had a cashier's check. They told me that it was normal but we have purchased lots of cars from other dealerships and it has never been like that. The gas tank was on empty and when I asked about filling it, they said they don't do that. Serious??? I have never experienced that with a car dealership, either. I was pretty frustrated and they finally agreed to fuel it up. A few days after I bought the car the maintenance light came on and so I guess they don't make sure the oil is changed either. I will definitely stay away from Dick Hannah dealerships in the future because of their policies--it made buying the car a very frustrating experience."
