The salesperson had a terrible disposition. The car was filthy and full of dust, dirt and debris when I arrived to do the test drive, though I scheduled the appointment days in advance. The dealership also jacked up the price by $3,000 from what it was originally listed on Car Gurus immediately before my arrival.

Terrible!! Told me the car was available when someone else had a deposit on it and asking price was different from what the advertised and said when I talked to them

It was good at first but when I was trying to get financing the guy left and came back and said “the finance company is going to want 3000 down and 250 a month”. Well I’m a single mom so I can not afford 3000 down mind you I have a paid off car loan on my credit so it should have been cake but nope he wouldn’t even run me through a loan company wasn’t going to even try I’m not going back there!

I was contacted by email promising someone would get back to me shortly . Unfortunately for venture motor cars that phone call never came . Having been in car sales for over 40 years I can be the biggest lay down when I see something I'm looking for . Can't understand why follow-up phone call was never made your business must be incredible !!! Disappointed ...

The car was fine, the experience was completely disappointing due to the expectation that we would be paying the actual price it was listed for plus taxes of course, but after all the dealership fees it was $3000 more than than the list price, so a waste of time in the end

It was a good experience for the most part. However the detail cleaning of my car was not that great found dirt in several areas. Also the warranty they had me purchase was a bit expensive.

They contacted me 2 days after contacting them. The car was already gone and they didn't offer to find me anything else in my price range.

The dealer had several used minivans that were of interest and we got to test drive them. We ended up dealing with two sales people with a handoff after first test drive. That was fine and second sales person worked with us to come to an agreement on price and trade-in. Overall a good experience and we were happy with car and price.

The vehicle wasn’t even available! I sent several messages and after a week they said it has been to auction several weeks ago... seemed like a bait and hook situation. They tried showing me and selling me other trucks with higher prices...

Was asked if the email I submitted was good to send info to which I replied yes please use this email. Then never got anything else. No phone call no email not text nothing! How much more unprofessional can you be? I found and purchased my new truck already as I was ready to buy and these guys I guess do not like to sell vehicles! Thanks for nothing Megan! I called them directly and talk to a Salesman a couple of times they were very professional but I didn't want to have to fly to Dallas to get the car so I decided to pass on the deal. The car had a salvage title but they claimed they had repaired the car themselves and explain what the damage was that was not the reason that I passed on the car it was a coronavirus is why I passed didn't want to fly
