They lost interest on selling the car when I ask for financing it. probably they want the full amount at once due to the car price or not to go thru all the financing paper work.

The car was fine, the experience was completely disappointing due to the expectation that we would be paying the actual price it was listed for plus taxes of course, but after all the dealership fees it was $3000 more than than the list price, so a waste of time in the end

It was a good experience for the most part. However the detail cleaning of my car was not that great found dirt in several areas. Also the warranty they had me purchase was a bit expensive.

these guys and gals got great choice of trucks alot with wheel packages and off road tires. the location is nice and clean and the deals are blazin. will be telling people about auto gallery doing business the right way unlike alot of other dealers these days.

Yes they pack 2 to $3000 on top of advertised price. At least they are honest and tell you in is on the web site. Although it’s hard to find the small print it is there. Still not very honest pricing.

The dealership was disorganized. Told them I was coming at a certain time and the car wasn't somewhere easy to just get in and test drive it. Took over 3 hours for me to buy a vehicle. Felt like it should have been faster since I already knew what I wanted. Had to talk to like 4 people during the process. Just didn't feel smooth. Glad I bought the car though.

I had to ask if I was calling a dealership. Long story short the vehicle i was inquiring about was sold. Now i keep getting emails from them for an appointment, yuk.

The online rep was very conscientious as she tried to see if she could match or beat the price of a car I had been looking at. After talking with her boss and even checking out the car I was interested in online, she came back with a very sincere, sorry, we can't even come close to matching that. I wish we could. I really appreciated her effort and sincerity, somewhat rare in the car buying experience these days.

Started good with person answering phone. But there are no discussions..no wiggle room..person negotiating never gave me his or her name. Offered me 3000 to 4000 less than blue book...no discussing ...threw me to roadside and said Bye in essence. In 45 years of buying cars..i have never had one that behaved this way. Sad.
