Chevrolet improved the fourth-generation Tahoe’s interior design, quality, and convenience, and it finally got fold-flat third-row seats, which eliminated the need to remove the heavy seats to use the maximum cargo space. It also kept a straightforward mechanical setup with a 355hp 5.3-liter V8 engine, a six-speed automatic transmission, and rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive, while the LTZ trim added standard adaptive damping suspension for better ride and handling.
