After reading some of the positive ratings (and negative), I decided to check it out for myself. To anyone looking to buy a vehicle here, ask right away if the car has been in an accident because it appears as if many in the lot have and they don't look like they get detailed or well cared for. Many were scratched and another one I had been interested in looked as if it had been rear ended recently. I walked in and Ray told me the vehicle I came for was returning from being serviced and would be there in 15 or so minutes. I had seen this is other reviews as well. I recommend that if they say this to you, walk out because I was kept waiting for 45 minutes. Only then did he tell me that the vehicle I was interested in had been in an accident. At this point I left. They advertise accident-free to get you in the door. Definitely do your due diligence before going here."

Told them I will be coming from 30 miles away. When I showed up there, the car had 2 scratches about 3 inches long each on the windshield (driver side), a 5 inches long scratch on the door window, and another one, patched, on the bonnet. They told me it is "pre-owned, so of course it has scratches". They also brought up my price negotiation over email as if this was wrong or something. They suggested $100 price reduction and offered me $200 price reduction when they saw I was leaving. Do not deal with them unless you are ok with fake ads or gross misrepresentations. They wasted my time and gas and they will waste yours."

And sent my son an email conferring they would hold the truck till I got there.... I agreed to buy the truck after I got out of work at 5...picked up my son (the truck was for him)...was 10 min from my house and my son calls me and tell's me they sold the truck to someone else!!!!!! 1/2 an hour before I could get there they sold the truck to someone else!!!!! There is no honor with this dealership. . Money is all that matters....do not trust them...there word and writing means nothing ...when I tried calling mgrs..they went home for the day.. (yeah right)..so no one was in charge? ? I will never nor will everyone I know deal with this dealership ever again!#!#...I will blast them on every review board I can on the internet...I will make it my life's purpose to let everyone know how horrible this dealership is!!!!"
