Used 2014 GMC Yukon for Sale nearSavannah, GA

How much does the 2014 GMC Yukon cost?

Prices have softened 10.22% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 578 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2014 GMC Yukon a good car?

Generally — the 4.3/5 user rating points to a strong overall ownership impression for this model year. The Yukon stands out as a full-size SUV that emphasizes space, comfort, and a more refined feel than many truck-based family haulers. It also offers a smarter interior, a better ride, improved handling, and a long list of useful equipment, including remote start, a heated steering wheel, a rearview camera, power-adjustable pedals, and rear parking sensors on the base SLE trim.

That said, you should weigh those strengths against the tradeoffs: this generation had a rocky start with engine and transmission issues, and it is also known for poor fuel economy, uncomfortable seats, and interior materials that can feel cheap. For shoppers who want a roomy three-row SUV with solid utility and a well-equipped cabin, it still makes sense to consider.

30.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2014 GMC Yukon reliable?

Owners rate it 4.3/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2014 Yukon’s reliability picture is mixed because this generation had a rocky start with engine and transmission issues. Even so, the model’s strong equipment list and practical layout can make it appealing if you find one that has been maintained well.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is ending up with a vehicle that has unresolved mechanical issues or deferred maintenance, so condition and service history matter a lot.

What should I look for when buying a used 2014 GMC Yukon?

At 56.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection from a trusted mechanic. Focus on signs of prior body damage, uneven panel gaps, and any evidence of drivetrain or transmission concerns, since this generation had known trouble spots. You should also pay close attention to seat comfort, cabin wear, and overall interior condition, because those are part of the Yukon’s day-to-day ownership experience.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2014 GMC Yukon?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay disciplined.

• Deal availability: 30.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 578 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.22% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 56.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $12,405, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2014 GMC Yukon's resale value?

The current average of $12,605 sits slightly below last year's $14,040.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can make resale a little more challenging if you buy at the wrong point in the range. If you plan to sell later, your best protection is to buy well, keep mileage reasonable, and choose a clean example with strong maintenance records. A well-kept Yukon should still appeal to shoppers who want a spacious, capable full-size SUV at a more accessible price.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.3/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2014 GMC Yukon or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2014 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2014 if:

• 30.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 56.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.22% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.3/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: You should buy the 2014 if you want a more affordable entry into a roomy, well-equipped full-size SUV and you’re willing to be selective about condition. If you’re especially price-sensitive, the 2014 can make sense as long as you verify history carefully and prioritize a clean, well-maintained example over the cheapest listing.
