Used 2014 GMC Yukon for Sale nearCincinnati, OH

How much does the 2014 GMC Yukon cost?

Prices have softened 11.22% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 584 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2014 GMC Yukon a good car?

Generally — the 4.3/5 user rating points to a well-liked full-size SUV, and the Yukon’s appeal centers on space, comfort, and a more refined feel than many truck-based family haulers. The overview also highlights a smarter interior, a better ride, improved handling, and a roomy three-row layout with useful equipment, which makes it a practical fit if you want a large SUV with a strong feature set. At the same time, you should weigh the tradeoffs noted in the overview, including poor fuel economy, uncomfortable seats, and interior materials that can feel cheap. 28.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2014 GMC Yukon reliable?

Owners rate it 4.3/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview also notes that this generation had a rocky start with engine and transmission issues, so reliability depends heavily on how well a specific vehicle was maintained and repaired. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is real enough that you should verify service history and inspect the drivetrain closely before you commit.

What should I look for when buying a used 2014 GMC Yukon?

At 58.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any reported damage was repaired properly. Put inspection priority on the drivetrain, transmission behavior, and signs of uneven wear or deferred maintenance. It also makes sense to focus on overall condition inside and out, since the Yukon’s value depends heavily on how well it has aged as a family hauler.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2014 GMC Yukon?

This looks like a moderate market for selective buyers, with enough inventory and deal activity to reward careful shopping.

• Deal availability: 28.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 584 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.22% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 58.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $12,412, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2014 GMC Yukon's resale value?

The current average of $12,456 sits slightly below last year's $14,030.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make future resale more sensitive to mileage, condition, and maintenance history. If you buy well and keep the vehicle in strong shape, you may be better positioned than someone who pays too close to the top of the range. The Yukon’s broad appeal as a spacious, well-equipped SUV can still help support demand, but buyers will likely remain selective.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.3/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2014 GMC Yukon or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2014 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2014 if:

• 28.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 58.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.22% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.3/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2014 if you want the lower entry price and are willing to shop carefully for condition and history. If your priority is a newer-feeling SUV and you can stretch your budget, a different year may be worth considering; if price matters most, the 2014 remains the more accessible path.
