The salesperson contacted said they had the Santa Fe I was looking for but could not sell it to me as there rule was you had to live within a 40 mile range from the dealer. I lived 72 miles. That was on 12/10 to 12/18 the vehicle is still for sale. Not sure I can agree with those type of rules, even in a time when there is a shortage of vehicles.

Not personable. Something felt off about the arrangement. Extremely high financing options with hidden fees likely. Ended up purchasing a 35k Mercedes and will end up paying the same amount for it at the end of a 72 month lease term as the 22k Audi.

Had vehicle saved for over a month. Dealership elevated price $5,100 since I saved the vehicle, Cargurus also shows the price history to reflect that. Once I called the dealership they tried to tell me that the price never changed. Terrible customer service trying to lie to the customer to make more money.

Showed up. The vehicle was not there. Wanted me to wait. Surrounding areas treat you like a thief when you stop to look. And they look more sketchy than anything.

I was promised that the car was in the dealership. After driving more than an hour, the salesman tells me that the car is committed, but that he would be glad to “show me” other cars, just to find out that they raised the price of the car… what a rip-off!

When I began my car quest this dealer and vehicle popped up, but when I saw the location I told myself I was not driving that far. Then I spoke to Lenny on the phone and I was sold, just off of his disposition and confidence in the vehicle. 65 miles later, I was there and behind the wheel in a matter of hours! ASK FOR LENNY….YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Fair prices and they don’t budge. My salesperson Julius was very authentic, warm, and helpful beyond the call of duty. His supervisor was not so friendly and had a very condescending attitude. I would have walked away if not for Julius and the fact that I really did find the right car at a reasonable price.

The sales staff and sales manager for used cars was amazing. We flew in from Atlanta and the entire transaction was smooth. Everything they said was on point from beginning to end.

I called 30 mins to check if the car was there, only to get there and was told both cars I was looking for weren't there. They should have called me since they had my number instead of letting me waste so much time.
