However when it came down to brass tacks, they became pushy with financing offers (I had made it abundantly clear from day one that I was providing my own financing) insiting that the only way I could get the car at the agreed upon price was if I financed thru them, and at one point the salesman tried to guilt me into buying the car for a higher price (telling me his family needed it). They lost lost a sale over a $200 price difference, but ultimately they lost a customer because of their unprofessional attitudes and demeanor. I wound up buying a car from Osteen VW and it was a night & day experience, with professional staff across the board and absolutely no pressure on any front. "
