Ron was very polite on the phone, answered all my questions with detail and worked around my schedule to setup an appointment. When I arrived at the office it was even better ! There was no sales people just Ron who is the owner it was a comfortable environment and location located next to a kids gymnastics and a dance studio even a couple of churches around. The test drive was great truck was exactly what I expected and what was listed online. I had a little concern about getting in and out of the truck because it was high and I am a little short , Ron offered to order me side steps of my choice through a wholesale seller at a low cost. I had my daughter fly out from Pennsylvania to buy her a rust free van. What I bought for her was a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan from RT Motors. It had under 100,000 miles, and in great shape. After an oil change and overall inspection at the Firestone dealer, sent her on her way to the East Coast. The only hiccup along the way was a rough start one morning due to a battery which Firestone had said was ready to go. Long story made short, Ron reimbursed for a new battery as he said he would if the one in the van was bad. On top of all this he probably saved me more than $1000 by not having me register the van first here in Ca. and just sending my daughter down the road on a special travel permit to Pennsylvania where she paid fees there. There's more to this story (all good) but the bottom line is if you are looking for a vehicle, look here first."
